The “traditional” way of buying spare parts for their machines of most of our customers, was buying directly to the equipment manufacturer; receiving non-competitive offers with high prices.
Instead, in Industrial Electronic we apply the concept of “analysis of spare parts”. We ask the customer for the specific details of the parts needed, which usually appear on the nameplate of each spare part (brand, model, type and serial number of the unit). Subsequently, INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONIC – INDEL GmbH & Co.KG contacts directly with the original manufacturer, obtaining competitive prices and giving our customer better costs, and helping to reduce processes and delivery times.
